I make a solid guarantee to provide the service you’re paying for, as described on the page for that service. And naturally, I can’t make any guarantees about what you decide to do with the information or suggestions I might provide. YOU are the authority in your own life, nobody else. That means I cannot make guarantees about the outcome of the services I provide. So no, I don’t give refunds, except if I’ve been unable to deliver a service at all.
Will you keep my information private?
I was raised with an almost obsessive respect for the privacy of clients (my Dad was a GP and patient privacy was sacrosanct!). In practice, that means I will never acknowledge that you’re my client unless you do it first. So if we’re friends on Facebook, or you’re in my FB group, or if we meet on the street – I will let YOU take the lead on whether you reveal that you’re my client. And of course I will never ever ever share your details with any third party. If I feel the need to seek a consult from a coaching colleague on your behalf, I will ask your permission first, and I’ll ensure you stay anonymous.
Are you available for interviews or guest blog posts?
Absolutely! I’m happy to talk about my favourite topic – identity shifting – at the drop of a hat. If you’d like to talk about a podcast or media appearance, or ask me to contribute a guest blog or article, please let me know via my contact page. I’m happy to discuss any aspect of identity shifting that you think would be of benefit to your audience.
Absolutely! Just be aware that I hold confidentiality sacred, so the recording will go to the gift recipient, not to you. If they want to share it with you, that’s totally their choice. But the information revealed may be something they wish to keep close to their own heart for now – and you need to be okay with that. Yes? If you need to discuss this further before purchasing, drop me a note via my contact page and we can discuss arrangements.
Can I buy a StarMap for a child or a newborn?
Of course! I’m even fussier about confidentiality when it comes to kids, so if I’m doing work for a little one, I need to know that I have their parents’ or guardian’s permission to look at the child’s chart. Simply use the form on my contact page to let me know this is something you want, and I’ll email details of how best to go about it.
